Axara Audio Converter

Axara Audio Converter is an audio tool aimed to convert audio files. The program also enables you to extract audio from video files and convert it into various audio formats.

The application allows you to add whole folders at once, and also offers the possibility to select multiple audio files for conversion. An 'Add DVD' option is also available but it doesn't seem to work.

A built-in audio player is provided for you to preview the audio or video files before converting. A downside to the program is that it doesn't have an editor, meaning that you can't select a certain part of a file to convert. Each output format is provided with a profile option that enables you to select the quality of the audio. The profile editor enables you to add new profiles or tweak the existing ones. In addition, a tag editor and an audio downloader are provided. The tag editor enables you to change the author, album, genre or the title of the audio files. The audio downloader allows you to download audio files from the Internet. However, downloading or extracting the audio files from YouTube, Vimeo or similar websites, doesn't work.

In conclusion, it doesn't have a lot of features, but if you want just a simple audio converter or if you want to extract audio from video files it will do the job flawlessly.
